Hi. I’m Niki.

I’ve spent the last ten or so years writing and directing creative on both sides of the all-too-blind agency / client divide.

At AKQA, ViTRO, Mutt Industries, and Roundhouse, I learned how to swing big and grind for great work. 

At Brooks Running and Comcast, I learned how to hire and mentor great teams while making sure the work does what it’s supposed to do.

It is, after all, work. 

More than anything, I enjoy the process of mentoring, gently nudging, and unabashedly celebrating up-and-coming creatives, both on the copy and design sides of my teams.
